Event Description:
Emotional intelligence (EI) has been defined in several different ways: as an ability or “broad” intelligence and as socio-emotional attributes (SEA). In this webinar, we focus on the ability model of EI and its objective measurement via a newly revised ability-based assessment of EI (Mayer, Salovey, Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test 2). Case studies will illustrate the use of this new measure in executive assessment and coaching.
