Position Overview

The Performance Consultant will provide services to a variety of clients, ranging from corporate executives and business professionals to athletes and coaches. This position is designed for an individual who is interested in collaborating as a member of an innovative performance psychology team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide group trainings (live and virtual) focused on various performance psychology and leadership development topics
  • Conduct assessments focused on improving team and organizational culture with clients across various industries
  • Leverage various personality assessment tools to inform consulting services
  • Provide individual, short- and long-term leadership and executive coaching
  • Contribute to ongoing team projects, through research, content creation, presentation development, etc.
  • Contribute to “The Growth Project” podcast, as well as newsletter, marketing, and social media materials.
  • Stay updated with latest research and advancements in performance psychology evidenced-based practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Required qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Sport/Performance Psychology, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to provide high-level training and to develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Domestic travel required for client service fulfillment

Preferred qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Doctoral degree in the above-mentioned fields
  • Strong presentation skills to groups of all ages and backgrounds
  • Experience providing performance psychology training in organizational settings

Compensation/Benefits:
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with education and experience. Benefits include 401k contributions, health insurance, professional development/continuing education time and funds, and paid time off
