Principal

at ghSMART

We are looking for a Principal to join our amazing team. Principals play a significant leadership role from their first day at ghSMART. They are self-starters who quickly learn our innovative approach to assessing and developing executive talent, begin to own and grow client relationships, and contribute to the firm's strategic decisions.
