This takes the original Millennials Guide to Workplace Politics and turns it into a reflective, interactive workbook. It has most of the same content, with several updates, and can be used on its own, even if you don’t have the original. As with the original, it serves as a practical reference guide to help anyone navigate informal and formal workplace politics, identify harmful political behaviors, learn proactive and reactive strategies and knowing when to use each, and how to know when to let go and leave the organization due to an untenable situation. Most SCP members use/recommend it to clients who are finding it challenging to embrace or navigate workplace politics. Some SCP members have also used it for themselves or recommended it to friends and family.
