As businesses pivot to the cloud, society fully adopts software as a service (SAAS), and artificial intelligence creates new competitive advantages, consultants must understand how to best support businesses in nurturing their human capital. Anything that cannot be automated or digitized becomes even more precious in the new economy, which means that the wise consulting that guides businesses to unleash the creativity of their workforce is more valuable than ever. This presentation will illuminate growing trends at the intersection of business, technology and society, and provide guidance on how to consult in the new economy.

Learning Objectives:

  • Be able to explain the operating environment and issues that exist around modern HR consulting.
  • Be able to describe at least 2 methods to support businesses in implementing technology that positively impacts people.
  • Be able to describe at least 1 method of consultation that is appropriate for the future of business, society, technology and human capital.
