Abstract:  The current crisis presents unique challenges for consulting psychologists and consultants regardless of their level of experience, setting, and type of work. The purpose of this webinar is to present seven key ideas from the Lean Startup movement that will help you approach these challenging times with an entrepreneurial spirit of service, a high tolerance for uncertainty, and an expanded view of the clients and needs you are uniquely qualified to address. Regardless of where you are starting from, you will leave with useful and proven frameworks that will help you take the next step on your entrepreneurial journey, through the pandemic and beyond.

Bio: Manuelle Charbonneau has been developing senior leaders, senior teams and board for over 25 years through executive coaching, facilitation and training. She is a bilingual and bicultural citizen of France and the US. She has lived or worked in over 27 countries. Based in Los Angeles, she consults in English and in French to clients dispersed around the world.  Prior to founding Charbonneau Leadership Consulting, she was in charge for over a decade of leadership development and career development for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, the $1.6B wholesaler of water for the region. She has worked with a broad range of clients from startups to Fortune 500 and Global 500 across sectors. She now focuses on the growth and transitions of talented leaders in expertise-intensive/high complexity professional environments.
