The Uncommon Coaching Masterclass equips external coaches with the mindset, frameworks, and tools needed to drive deep, and sustain leadership growth. Grounded in the Worthy Leadership Model and the Align Aspire Transform (AAT) coaching framework, this five-session experience blends evidence-based practices with real-world application.
Coaches will learn how to assess growth potential, lead high-impact coaching engagements, engage stakeholders effectively, and sustain transformation beyond the coaching relationship. The program wraps up with an interactive in-person final meeting at the SCP Conference, where participants will integrate their learning, refine their coaching identity, and demonstrate mastery through peer collaboration and live practice.
