This book would be especially relevant to SCP members who are interested in transitioning from their roles as executive coaches to trusted leadership advisors (TLAs).   In these longer term TLA engagements, their   C-level clients leverage the lessons learned in an initial coaching experience and come to value psychology as an ongoing and high impact resource for their sustained and stellar effectiveness as successful leaders.
