The EQ Leader Program 2.0

Most SCP members like the idea of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). It has been a key focus of mine since 1999. During these 26 years, two things became apparent: (1) EQ works. When clients learn/improve their EQ skills, they become better leaders, get promoted, run organizations better, etc. (2) Most of our colleagues don’t really understand EQ nor have they found systematic, science-based ways to help their coaching clients and organizations develop these key skills.
