The Organizational Psychology (OP; https://gsapp.rutgers.edu/op) graduate program within the Department of Applied Psychology at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers University, New Brunswick is seeking an outstanding candidate for a non-tenure track, assistant or associate teaching professor or professor of practice position to teach graduate level courses in industrial, work, organizational, and personnel (IWOP) psychology, organizational development, statistics, and research methods, and to coordinate our organizational psychology (OP) internships, starting Fall 2025. The successful candidate should have experience teaching (2 undergraduate or graduate courses in IWOP-related courses) and mentoring university-level students, as well as professional practice experience in IWOP Psychology. Furthermore, candidates will show capacity to contribute to the mission and goals of the OP graduate programs, GSAPP, and the professional community. Candidates must be at least ABD (with expected completion by August 2025).
