As part of the Talent and Organizational Development (TOD) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the team consulting with business leaders to select, develop, and retain top talent. Bring your technical insights in advanced psychology to serve as a resource to the team and the firm. Limited travel to other Plante Moran offices to support talent needs for staff and partners.

Interns in advanced psychology programs can expect to fine tune their consulting and assessment skills and work alongside experienced consultants on internal projects and external client engagements.

Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Working with internal teams and staff in reviewing and analyzing organizational data other internal organizational development projects
Communicating and presenting information in small group discussions
Learning about how the TOD team supports the firm
Learning from and interacting with the TOD team to assist with the assessment and selection of new staff / candidates
Additional related responsibilities and projects as assigned
The qualifications.

Pursuing a Master’s Degree, Ph.D. or Psy.D. in a field of psychology, such as Industrial/Organizational, Counseling, Clinical, or Behavior Analysis or related field
Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0). 
Demonstrates a desire to grow, learn, and develop consulting skills
Ability to build rapport and engage in client-related discussions
Demonstrates an investigative approach to problem-solving
Ability to draft written summaries, presentations, and email communication

This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.

Colorado hourly rate range is as follows:

$32.00 to $32.00
We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
