“Why Tech-Forward and Human Centricity Go Hand-in-Hand”
Can organizations become more technologically advanced and more human at the same time? Alison Eyring, PhD, invites us to reconsider the assumption that technological progress and human centricity compete with one another. An organizational psychologist, founder and Board Chair of Organisation Solutions, Alison has spent more than 30 years helping leaders address the people and organizational challenges of growth. She has advised executives from Fortune and FTSE 500 companies and innovative high-growth organizations across five continents. Alison also brings the perspective of a technology entrepreneur as the founder and CEO of Produgie, a leadership-focused B2B software company. She is the author of Pacing for Growth, an adjunct professor at the National University of Singapore Business School, and a Fellow of SIOP. Her keynote will challenge consulting psychologists to consider how technology and human insight can work together to create stronger leaders, healthier organizations, and more sustainable growth.
