Dr. Larry Gard is a consulting psychologist with over 25 years of experience helping people overcome the all-too-human obstacles that impede performance. He heads Hamilton-Chase Consulting, a Chicago-based firm that focuses on workplace issues, from hiring to retiring. Larry's training at Northwestern University Medical School focused on the second half of life. He helps clients sort through the head and heart issues related to the sale of a business and/or retirement, and plan for a satisfying next chapter. He is the author of "Done With Work: A dozen perspectives on the decision to retire."
