Mollie Berke is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with 15 years of experience in leadership assessment and development. She has conducted 1000+ assessments and has spent her career helping organizations—from startups to Fortune 500s—make better talent decisions through leadership assessment, coaching emerging leaders, and designing hiring processes that actually work. Mollie’s work has spanned leading firms, from competency modeling and leadership assessment and development at Korn Ferry, to building and implementing structured interviewing at scale at Meta, to her current role as Managing Director at Modern Executive Solutions, where she designs and delivers leadership assessment and executive coaching for senior executives. Now the co-author of The Hiring Handbook, Mollie brings a practical, evidence-based guide to HR professionals, managers, and small business owners who are looking to hire with confidence. Mollie holds a BS in Psychology from Florida State University and a MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from New York University. She has research expertise in decision-making and the impact of uncertainty and stress on cognitive ability.
