Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has ever dealt with a situation like the following- if so would love thoughts/suggestions etc about possible ways to proceed:

I'm coaching the CEO of a mid sized organization- it is run by him and his co-founder (no board, etc- they have all decision making power between them).  His co-founder seems to be having a manic and paranoid break-down which is leading to impulsive and reckless decision making as well as lots of chaos in the office.  Unfortunately this person has no insight into their current mental state, so is aggressively opposed to getting help, putting the company in Jeopardy.

Thanks in advance, Eric
