Deepen Your Coaching Impact: An Exclusive Individual Directions Inventory® Certification for SCP Members
The Individual Directions Inventory (IDI) Certification Workshop is designed to provide participants with a detailed understanding of the IDI assessment and its application in coaching and development.
The IDI is designed to identify the degree to which an individual gains emotional satisfaction from various areas of work and life. The assessment provides coaches with valuable information that can help clients gain meaningful self-awareness and use that knowledge to make choices that align with their motivational needs.
The IDI model helps coaches connect with clients at a deeper level by providing insight into the unique ways individuals experience the world. It also offers a clear language for discussing emotional satisfaction and motivational drivers.
During the workshop, participants will learn about the IDI model, including the potential assets and liabilities associated with 17 motivational factors. Attendees will also receive substantial practice providing feedback and using powerful coaching questions to contextualize assessment results and support highly individualized coaching conversations.
Participants will learn how to guide clients in applying these insights as they make choices throughout their developmental journey. By the end of the workshop, coaches will be prepared to help clients achieve higher levels of emotional satisfaction across different areas of their lives.
IDI Certification is through MRG Assessments.
